On September 30, 2020 the Carlsbad Chamber hosted a Tri-City Hospital District Candidate Forum for the 2020 November election with the Oceanside and Vista Chambers of Commerce. Seven candidates vying for positions attended the forum that was conducted via Zoom. The candidate are, for District 1: Adela Sanchez, Jim Burlew, and Colleen O’Harra; for District 3: Gigi Gleason; for District 5: Leigh Anne Grass; for District 7: Dr. Nina Chaya, and Alan Manzano.
